    In response to the Speeding ticket, the company responded:

    "3. The company is attempting to secure a large number of contracts but is not ready to announce any yet. A reasonable person would not expect this information to be disclosed yet as the infromation is confidential and the transactions and are all incomplete.

    MUL may have many incomplete transactions but the market is up 11% on huge volume. Obviously there must be more good news to come.

    I think this will take another run up to 12c
