You do realise that at one point in August 1997 Apple was in serious touble and almost bankrupt, and the only reason Apple exists today is because at that point Bill Gates invested 150 million with no voting rights,

Today all the companies you list have revenue, and are not comparable to FBR.
If insiders knew without a shadow of a doubt that FBR was a billion dollar business, they would all buy more and more shares sending the price soaring.
