Yep - looks like CR will be needed to do all that they are talking about here. On quick review there is still much detail such as hard dates missing and having so many balls in the air at one time is always fraught with danger. Running one project well is challenging - running multiple one concurrently is generally considered certifiable. This project needs a big established player looking for basket of assets at a reasonable price IMO - a scrip transfer to a better universe is probably SH’s best option. Normally I would not suggest this with the old adage “better the devil you know”, but in this situation I’m not so sure.
