Until such time the ownership structure of this JV is revealed, the market will continue to show the mistrust on management. Past history showed several arm-length deals had been made, but they always got ratified because shareholders enjoyed many trading opportunities that come with them. Personally I think this method of getting shares and cash on the cheap has passed its use-by date. But you never know, people do have short memory.
