All fair reasons. I am frustrated because Amcor was a big holding for us and now management has effectively handed some of our wealth to Bemis shareholders, who must be very pleased!
The cynic in me says that although this is not EPS accretive (i.e. what matters to holders) it will be earnings accretive (i.e. important for determining executive remuneration).
