Class action is not going to have too much concern as it will at take 2-5 years before any outcome come out. I reckon lots of funds will have a deep analysis tonight to looking for signs that it may have indeed turned in the right direction. After all, if AMP's big customers still make profit on their funds, then they will stay with AMP if the new management looks ok. In the end of the day, it is far difficult to invest $1 billion than $1 million, and if AMP makes money for them, why change? Imo most of it's large customer will remain.
