It does appear to be bad timing but consider the last cr was done at 12.4% discount to the previous 5 day average and the great job they have done with that money. This one is at 14% to the previous 5 day average. The sp has really spiked in the last few days due to, imo poor liquidity, lack of shares for these big guys to buy. They have been buying as the volumes tell the story. Id have liked to see the be at 62c or above being the high from early this year but its not. The company is innovative and forward looking and with directors being major holders there must be a plan. Short term, not so great. Long term when we are having daily price ranges of 59c we will sit back, have a beer and laugh about this
