Jim there is a difference between equity value (otherwise known as book value) and market value.
You are erroneously comparing market value (current share s trading price) and independent assessment of book value.
Plus, you heven't learned. I helped you understand the formula for enterprise value months ago yet you still get it totally wrong. Including what enterprise value is a measure worth knowing.
