In a sense we are selling it is a JV which I think is the right way to go. My only concern is we won't get any cash until November so if we get the drill permit before then STM's cash position might start to get low. I guess they might be able to get a short term loan to cover any gap.
We might have been able to get more later, but given the need for cash it is probably the right decision.
