I think I should add the remaining paragraph to those interested reader. It reads

"Simultaneously, company (JRO) is currently experiencing significant cash transaction on asset restructuring project, also mounting pressure from debtholders on delayed debt settlement. Given asset resturcturing project progressed rather slowly, company (JRO) hasn't yet progressed into initial stage of restructuring deal. Hence, company (JRO) risks facing other party terminating the deal."


Last sentence likely refers to their asset restructuring deal given previous sentences all relate to it.
