actually it didn't fall before the ann.

There were no trades from 10:58 until 11:26.

The log says "notice received" at 11:09 ( don't know if it was stopped before that ).

Then the announcement at 11:16 and notice of resumption at 11:26 ( standard 10 minutes ).

Then stopped again and notice received at 11:37 - so far 40 minutes later no announcement.

Surprisingly, there was no odd trading before the last trade at 10:58 AM at all. They actually managed to keep it a secret ??? Unbelievable.
