the placement costs - no need to be concerned as every single placement to sophists costs money - usually around 5% which is normal - if yiu understand rights issues they can cost alot more than placement which dont require shareholder approval up to 10% dilution roughly

anyway i said it will be back at 2c soon but looks like clowns happy to sell small packages lower than the smart money acquired at 2c today and the sellers will wake up one day very soon and it will be back over 2c - i can promise you that. the sophists will move it back up - after all they are funds and funds trade stock for profit and they wont be selling below 2c more likely closer to between 3-4 c IMO
