Going by the MNS figures in the ASX announcements they were expecting 3Gwh to cost $160mil, or $53mil per Gwh,
IMO the price of $5mil seems like a fair value for second hand equipment that has no warranties.

I really wonder how large the CR is going to be having around $1mil in cash,

Will MNS raise the additional $106 MIL to get stage 1 up and running, plus the additional funds for the expected 230 employees (reported in the NY mayors press release)
