Curouser, It would be posed as a justified issue in order to pay the interest and loan. It would be no different to a Sophisticate issue or the original issue of 19% to Shaanxi. I am not 100% sure due to having to get around the 20% holding, but when looking at he words:
"potential control transaction"
I belief it may have been a share issue, I would have hated being left with shares because so often profit is reduced by company transactions i.e. selling price and exorbitant travel and company executive fees.
