And do you really think all the costs associated with the property venture that are additional to Grange will be accounted for in the stated property venture division. I'm talking about the fact that we opened an office in Melbourne, so the rent, salaries and other costs associated with this office - or will these costs be lumped into the overall Administration costs of Grange. I think I know the answer.
