@Gerrado ... as promised ... some further projections ...
Note: This is all just mathematical modelling from the last six quarters and as such ...
1. The models may turn out to be not good representations
2. Forward projections will alter as values fall outside those predicted for subsequent quarters
With a bit of conservative refinement after my original post, (based on people's input - thanks all), the model now shows Nuheara going cash-flow positive in the June 2020 quarter.
To get to that point, about $12.5m would be required. The cash position is currently about $8m. Hence, I've modelled in a raise of $8m @ 10c for March Qtr 2019, adding an additional 80m shares and taking shares on issue to 970 million.
After going positive in the June 2020 Qtr, the profit for FY21 would be $26.8m.
Profit of $26.8m on 970m shares gives an EPS of 2.76c/share.
Applying a (trailing) PE ratio of x 25 would suggest a share price of 69c at end of June 21 - ie in three years time - as we discussed.
It will be interesting at the end of the next quarter to input the next set of values and see how the model alters, and the projections change.
