True, indians are notorious for avoiding paying bills whenever possible. I think nsl may have had problems with this in the past but have already proven they can recieve payment for sales which can be seen in announcements. I dont think this is an issue any longer. Also, i think demand for ore is now high enough in india that they will not want to risk their source of supply by forgoing payment, long term this would cost them more than it would save. Furthermore, i think the customer base is now sufficiently diversified and the order sizes are small enough that this no longer poses a significant risk. Production is the issue, not sales.
