    Then Before the deal was announce, TNG and BTV sold a large parcel of shares and then the pull annoucmentout of the chinese partners. (People went WTF : TNG and BTV are sharing the same office space and director, company security and CFO at one stage).

    The share tank last year because of the pull out of the other mob and people got pi$$ed of with THOR with BS annoucements.
