This is an update, not “an excellent update”.

There are no “formalities” for ASX approval, the company must adhere to these listing rules for the company to move forward.

Regardless of this delay the company would need to continue with due diligence of the tailings, which could be delayed due to other priorities (uplifting suspension).
The company won’t be “preparing the relevant drilling programs” while this is going on as per the announcement: “…and separate Heads of Agreement to acquire a portfolio of highly prospective cobalt exploration licenses” as they are still acquiring the licenses.

Then there’s the CR…. Comments of “producing by December” are incorrect, perhaps next year.

The amount of pumping this stock without information is incredible. Boost this stock with supporting evidence. Talk of “Best stock of 2018” etc. when it’s still in suspension is wrong.
