Yep, good points well made, and I principally agree with most if not all.
I'm not sure where this will land regarding Mr Li, probably moreso as I actually don't know ASIC protocols and whether they're satisfied with the response as you suggested. He's a non-executive director but in terms of the overall business is quite pivotal to the "plan". I think it's relatively easy for them to transition him to a different title if need be, simply retaining a relationship with him just not holding a director status. Potential fines and / or market reaction aside of course.
