I certainly like your line of thinking and you are the only person to comment on that aspect although it was obvious.
However they go onto say that they are protecting disclosure only on matters yet to be contracted so the disclosure about the out clause was put there on purpose naming gbp.
Again, good thinking but changes little for those seeking paradise.
