After reading the announcements this evening, my opinion is that the existing directors have come up with a bargain that they think the "challengers" will take i.e. You can have the company, but we want a deal that allows us to exit and keep rights to existing BKP for X dollars.
True colours being shown I think... could be completely wrong though, this entire post is just my opinion.
