I find it difficult to believe that a mill reline would hold up an operation to this extent. I have had mill reline machines fail with steel liners and we have still managed to get the reline done. I have even had to put old liners back in once due to a failed liner just to get through to the next possible shut date.
This follows the BS they were saying early in the year following the storms with extended plant shutdowns.
