If ZFX don't get full 100% of AGM, I can see that the shareholders that did not accept the offer, and that are currently still holding, reaping the benfits down the track.
Either by getting a fairly generous offer six months or so down the track scrip for scrip, (which is the more likely event), or a fairly sharp price rise in the sp.
Don't forget that ZFX will have AGM debt free and mining in no time at all, and that AGM is nearing production stage.
Hence,why they were wanting a miner starting a fairly large mining/production venture.
