huh? I re-read Lani's post a few times and all they did was summing up what was on the past 2 announcements. You somehow made it as if CBA mentioned IAM argument. These are two completely different things. *confused face*

1) YES we do have a pilot with CBA. ->Fact
2) CBA are reacting to the ongoing developement of BOOM2 as so to say it is tailored for their needs ->2 years of working together=Fact
3) the ongoing training that CBA are giving some of their own staff flying them to the Philippines for a 2 wk training session. ->Fact
4) the update has advised that automated SoAs are beginning to CBA and other SELECT clients.->Fact

No where did he say 'CBA mentioned IAM'; that was you. But from the qrtly update, we know that they have held weekly and monthly meetings with senior CBA management. So I'm happy that things are progressing the background.

I think CR has been discussed in the past. Again if you read the past announcements, they're expecting further increases in work, which implies revenue should continue to improve. I think management would have a good anticipation of what sort of numbers they are expecting, considering there has been an increase in work flow (and more predicted).
