Hi Dargie is spot on with his comments. The company wants the options exersized and the monies can be used to reduce the debts of the company putting them in a better position to pay divvies . The shares getting up to the exersize price of the options is a win for all The company having the monies to reduce debt The shareholders seeing their share price increase and the option holders having value restored to their options I do not own any shares or options but a truckload of PPPs
