secondly, the company don’t currently have any money left in their bank account. They’ve paid it all out.

The litigation and court cases against the company is real. they’ve made guaranteed that now need to be pay out.

The only hope is now to take charge and liquidate client’s asset. Since these assets are mainly land title, hopefully we’ll recover some of the money.

There has been no property market crash in China in the past couple of years, therefore i think we’ll get some cash back once the dust settle
