Broker data FYI, page-20

I’ll see if I can get a report  back to April last year- that was when the shorts as a percentage really changed- why? I have no idea - did something change around that time?

- total shorts now I think are about 68 m of total float- - question is what has happened around May 2017 and since to keep traders investing short?
