I think some might be forgetting we have a rig contract at 2017 rates and the market is starting to tighten...the plan is to drill the well by the end of the year which is basically anytime in the 4th quarter or from the 1st Oct to Dec 31...no reason for that to change...
I can't imagine the Company updating the well position alone, it's not material and means nothing, more likely combined with an announcement of the rig mobilisation when thats finalised...
If they are looking for another operator taking the second slot then they may push the start date back a bit to accommodate, if close to an agreement...just normal day to day operational issues...
