on principle, amory avoids spot-options, but the RIO put dates back to december so it's not a spot, or at least it wasn't at the time of purchase. I was going to wait till tonite to decide on a BHP put. but there's a Jan (oh-oh, that's a spot!?) 1150 going for 9 cents, so I got some of those. might as well live dangerously.
basically, trying to convince myself that the turning-point (downwards from overbought) is very close. playing with very small amounts, for time being.
january is a long month, expiry is not till the 29th, 3 weeks exactly. hopefully, an interesting month!
