it all depends your age and circumstances.........just tidy it up?????????.....it is no that easy......Building work and courts cases take long...........
I know some people working like this...but they are still young.........but right now..........no much money left ........buying a house with work to do.......after renovation and other overheads.......nothing left for resale.........
