Yes short term will take some wind out the sails. Long term its positive as Mongolian gov are working with management to get it over the line. This shouldn't be a suprise as management has stated they were looking for an extension to complete these conditions precedent.
We will see the "funding secured anyday" spruikers disappear now though.
