One of the biggest issues that needs to be addressed, is moving the tenement ownership to TON:ASX and doing away with Triton United in Dubai.
the Dubai company has no reporting obligations to the SHs and who knows what kind of shenanigans are going on.
I would also suggest some kind of amendment to the company constitution, where the tenements cant be touched by major SH's in the event of a VA....keep Minjar honest.
Would the wolves be interested in unionizing and leading a push to replace the current management if they don't comply?
