One point though, if it is a amalgamation with another company, so the ASX per rules have to release as the whole structure of the company will be different and they may not stay as REL so do the Susp continue to apply to the new megga company?- just some ideas to consider IMO.....
Bottom line, will it still be REL in a couple of months time? do we get 1 share for 10 of REL if taken over, and When is the SH meeting if discussions on something so significant yet no one knows?
We may of course just be buying up a biggie, but when do we get the money for that full buy up if so big or give away most of the registry? surely SH's should be required to vote ect.... but nothing for months and months? Perhaps we will vote WHEN they announce?
To give a comparison for the BOD- they didnt think xstrata so big a deal and that just was normal news.. but this DEAL they keep saying is really big? so how can it not be REALLY REALLY big and we are all going to be shaken? or is something else going on..

When I spoke to FD - for what it is worth, the main reason for the suspension was the ASX query due to Ochre. Is it that FD is having trouble finding a satisfactory explanation to ASX, or is trying to cover his tracks or happy for the suspension to remain in place so he can offer a discount to the SI's of the last traded price of .002 (rather than a discounted price on .001).

It would appear that ASX are in no hurry to get this matter resolved.

I think FD needs to have GREAT news before the lifting of the suspension or else all credibility in the company will evaporate.

As far as the EGM for August that FD said he was working to - that ship has sailed.
