Ozelectro I am well aware of those documents. Not exactly sure though what you are trying to tell me through those two documents.
My guess is that you are trying to show me IE's resume which does not show his connection to Newport and an official company documents which does show his connection to Newport.
If that is what you are trying to show me then I respectfully say that you have missed the whole point.
Newport Gold was created and directors appointed but nothing ever went ahead i.e it was a concept that was set up but never materialised into an operating company, as MS said.
Now If I was made a director of a company that did not proceed beyond registration I wouldn't put it on my resume either.
Personally I think this has been done to death but I do respect the final point you made. You do not believe MS, and hold no stock. That's the way it should be.
