whoops pretty big typo there...PTS holding in EI will be 21 million shares and around 15 million options post loyalty issue (not 10 million shares as i posted).
Chatting to my broker today, who is a big (the biggest) supporter of PTS and will be of Eastern Iron, demand for the IPO is very high.
Just hope not too many staggers getting allocations thru Taylors...I would expect that the majority of PTS shareholders taking up their priorities will be in for the long haul, though bit worried about the opportunists.
I note that quite a large chunk of PTS's EI shares are going to be housed in a wholly owned company called Bluestone 23 which PTS incorporated recently. I wouldn't be surprised to see Bluestone 23 spun off at some stage as well, probably as a mining investment company.
