Is the pitch in the USA for newly issued shares in return for some $$$?
The tank looks very dry considering the delay in abitration decision. One that could go against POH. God we hope not! Despite what may be said by management, I think a tank of $3m needs a top up 12 months in advance.
A quick raise for the yanks on a bet of arbitration outcome(quick dividend) and quite a sexy looking pipeline and prospects for larger capital growth. And US dollars into a falling Australia exchange is good timing.
For Yanks it could be win, win , win. And haste may be needed to get all the upside.
Of course, Id prefer a positive arbitration result before they get ro see the presso though.
