Let’s face it, no point in bringing in a cornerstone investor in exchange for % of their company or a % of a JV or in exchange for their IP or services. Cornerstone investor will have to part with cash to allow MNS to keep the lights on in 6 weeks (arguably sooner if suppliers start demanding COD in light of limited cash reserves).
