My initial concerns we were going to get played as well, which is why an extension to the sunset date was critical to allay those fears. If the sunset date wasn’t extended then the commercial terms would have to be renegotiated, so the fact they are extending means it has nothing to do with playing us for a better deal.
I’m looking forward to the joint statement and what is put in place to ensure there will not be a 3rd extension required. Most important is that the project work is still continuing in parallel with the finalisation of the sub agreements, which as far as I know is still happening. i.e Site clearing and tender docs etc

I’d like to think the disappointment of all these delays will evaporate with the signing off and financial close.
I believe the ECT financial model will be quite compelling and give shareholders the confidence they are looking for.
ECT will have some great opportunities to pursue after this deal is finalised imo. Keep positive mate.
