if there was any chance for this to re-rate 20 times it would already have partially re-rated, especially since you believe the re-rate will start any day now. The market is not that dumb. Especially since they employ heaps of "consultants" to spruik it at any given moment.
A market cap of $50m and EV of $49m+ is insane but it's more likely because there was a consolidation and the majority of the register is sitting on a loss with this being near all time lows. A break of 10c would open the flood gates and if there is no ML based pump soon that is a real possibility.
RM has built up "beginning of August". Now it's mid August and still nothing. What happened to the meeting that was supposed to be last week? Too much rain again?
