This is a genuine question and not a counter argument: for our collective information can you please share the basis for your thoughts on why the ASX will request the company books be audited and / or suspend the stock. So far as I can tell this ASX query does not relate to company accounts, nor am I aware of another ASX query suggesting the same. This query relates to the due diligence in the appointment of Mr Li as a non-executive Director and the statements made in an announcement regarding the exclusivity of GF distribution agreements.
