Or don't the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Law apply to Tikforce?
All one has to do is look at the previous TKF announcements to see the amount of detail that was disclosed.
the terms of the notes, any interest applicable , conversion prices and any other options agreed to, the fees being charged by the entity advancing the funds.
one does NOT have to try and compare with other companies, just within TKF.
the "Regency funding" announcement was so very scant on detail.
if we trawl the ASX we will find many many examples where ASX has asked the company to disclose more detail so that there is compliance with LR 3.1.
I am certain the ASX will regulate and monitor.
