global gender gap.....Good grief, do people actually get paid to gather data and report on this!

Are they having more babies?  Have the productivity levels decreased?  Maybe their not as smart as they use to be?  Maybe the smart ones have moved overseas to work so they get taxed less?  Have these other countries just given jobs to women because they are women rather than because of merit and productivity levels compared with cost of employment?

i don't care what gender i employ, its the person that gives my business the best value for money that matters, whats gender got to do with being employed (ignoring physical capability needs).  The best man/woman wins isn't it?  When did all this stuff start happening?
