Well, XinRay Systems based in the USA is "wholly owned by Xintek Inc" at a similar address. The JV in China is a connection probably many people were unaware of. Given the problems of Chinese JV protection of IP that another poster mentioned there is probably some reason for investors to seek more information to clarify how all this fits together and relates to the company.
I'm not known for calling wolf and think investing should be based on facts as well as hope, but investors do need to be aware of potential risks.
