If WPL decide to continue with Kenya, they have the option to collect more 2D or 3D or commence a drilling program.

By continuing they will spend $100m US on PCL's behalf.

PCL currently have 154m issued shares and 24m issued options. To exercise the options a payment of 15 cents is required.

You can easily calculate that each PCL share will be free carried for about 75 cents into the drilling program.

Then there's the very good probability of finding oil.

Then there are the other prospects.

It's a gradual progression but you could get very wealthy holding PCL through this.

Buying under 10 cents is an absolute bargain and you should be very thankful for the sellers who have no idea what the real value is.
