Hi Gimme that is really bad news. As I guessed before, PC went to China because something went not good at all. IMO the EPC now sounds like a joke if there is no finance, maybe that is the reason that they couldn't sign the contract. With current situation another CR will happen, this time how many shareholders will be in? If they couldn't get enough fund will it be another VA?
