I agree... WA is much safer state for business right now but VMS' Tasmanian assets are v. promising and with a stronger demand for tin and tungsten (+DSO iron) as well as lesser reliance locals on Centrelink should "do the trick" - may be developed in the future ...as Tasmania is running out of alternatives for jobs... even tourists maybe put off by their forests chemical spraying and the on-going "Frankenstein" fish farming disasters (which should keep the Greens occupied - IMHO):
