The uprampers have been wrong all the way down from 40cents. But l felt the bottom was in already, sadly l might be wrong and it's possible your prediction of 15c is not impossible given the JRO disaster, with no end in sight, and damage control seemingly missing. Maybe the deal offered wasn't that bad, we will never know though. When is that ship leaving?
