Why? at 1 Billion market cap its at cash value or near cash value when you look at the POSCO capital injection for 25% - 280m (388m AUD) + 88m USD Cash on hand ( 110m AUD) = 500m in CASH ALONE!
Now if 25% is worth 388m AUD then, the remaining 75% is worth 1,112m AUD. Worth noting this 75% alone is the whole market cap of GXY at the current level
So what happens when we physically get 388m from POSCO at the next board meeting (should be anytime soon). The market will no-doubt have to value the 75% at something.... Even if we discount that valuation by 50% for "oversupply" we are back to 388m + 88m + 50% of the 1,112m valuation = Current market cap with no allowance for future earnings or james bay.... Common Mr. Market, thats just ridiculous.
But my main reason for calling bottom is simply the chart formation. Virtually identical to the last 3 pump and dump cycles which each cycle creating a new all time high..
Anyone know when the POSCO board meeting is?
