There's not going to be these anticipatory rises anymore, one date failed after another. Management are clearly incapable of communicating their influence and organizing a deal. The fact is the Indians don't need this company, it's a Government entity, it's going to exist in some form or another for the next 50 years. This company however with their current cash burn are running out of wick to keep their candle burning.
